 3. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register for the services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services when you participate in activities on the services, or otherwise when you contact us.

If you choose to register in this way, we will collect certain profile information about you from the social media provider, as described in the fifth section called "HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?" below.

1.4 Application Data. If you use our application(s), we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:

• Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s camera, reminders, sms messages, social media accounts, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
• Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the application(s). If you wish to opt out of receiving these communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.

This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application(s), for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

We may share your information with Google Analytics to track and analyze the use of the Services. 5. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook, Google,LinkedIn, Apple, and other logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, email address, friends list, profile picture, and other information you choose to make public on such a social media platform.

(Section 11)below. You will then be removed from the marketing lists. Account Information

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms, and/or follow applicable legal requirements.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.

10. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS POLICY?

In Short: Yes, we will update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
